Medico-legal reports prepared by female doctor for use in Personal Injury claims. MedCo Accredited Direct Medical Expert based in Lancashire.

Extensive experience of a wide variety of soft tissue injuries, minor bony injuries and psychological upset. 

Reports are fully compliant with Part 35.

Summaries give a clear discussion of attributability and likely prognosis.

Any recommendations for further investigation, treatment or other expert reports are made clear.

Photographing of scars where appropriate.

Instructions accepted by post or e-mail. You will be informed of appointment locations, dates and times by e-mail usually within 72 hours of receipt of instruction. Appointment details are also sent direct to the Claimant. 

Appointments usually within 4-6 weeks of instruction, although urgent appointments or delayed appointments can be accommodated. Home and Prison visits accommodated.

Appointments at clinic locations around the North West at surgeries and private consulting rooms.

Claimants are sent a questionnaire to complete prior to consultation to assist with report preparation. This does not replace the history taking aspect of the appointment, but is an aid to the Claimant as it indicates the likely information that will be required for their report and allows them to consider this in advance of the appointment.

Reports are normally sent out as a PDF file within 1 week of the appointment unless it transpires that medical records are required and are not available at consultation. Any required medical records would be obtained by instructing parties.

Fee structure in line with the MOJ Reforms for vehicle occupants and with AMRO for other reports. Fee notes are issued when the report is sent out. Flexible payment terms.

DNA charges apply if the Claimant fails to attend without giving 48-hours notice of cancellation.

GMC revalidated 2019 and Professional indemnity with MDDUS. MedCo Accreditation and reaccreditation completed. Registered for data protection with the Information Commissioner's Office.
